Made-to-order cookies
Please place your order at least 24 hours before your pickup appointment. Payment is collected online at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars. We do not currently collect GST/HST.
Collect your order
Meet us to collect your order daily between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Calgary time, subject to available appointments.
- Mahogany: meetup near Sobeys.
- Seton: meetup near Save-On-Foods.
Select your pickup location, date and time when ordering. Please wait for confirmation of the exact meeting point before travelling. A Rosy Otter representative will meet you there to hand over your order. Please collect directly from us; staff at Sobeys and Save-On-Foods do not hold or hand out our orders.
Bring your order number and arrive at your confirmed time. If you need to change your appointment, email us as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability. We offer pickup only; shipping, home delivery and pickup from our home are not available.
Late or missed pickups
Please contact us promptly if you are running late or cannot make your appointment. We will work with you to arrange another pickup, subject to availability and product freshness. We do not leave orders unattended at the meeting point.
Ingredients, allergies and quantities
Please review the ingredients and allergen information for each flavour before ordering. Our home kitchen handles peanuts, milk, eggs, flour, oats, chocolate and candy ingredients. Cross-contact can occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy question.
Cookie counts are approximate because our cookies vary in size. Any count stated on a listing is an estimate for that container.
