Made-to-order cookies and local meetup pickup in southeast Calgary. Here’s what to know before you order.
How do I place an order?
Choose your cookies and packaging, then select your pickup date and time window in the cart. At checkout, choose Mahogany or Seton and pay online. Please order at least 24 hours before your requested pickup. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Where do I collect my order?
- Mahogany: meetup near Sobeys.
- Seton: meetup near Save-On-Foods.
We’ll confirm the exact meeting point before you travel. A Rosy Otter representative will meet you to hand over your order. Bring your order number. Collect directly from us; Sobeys and Save-On-Foods staff do not hold or hand out our orders.
What pickup times are available?
Pickup is offered daily between 9am and 7pm, Calgary time, subject to availability, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your selected time window is a request; please wait for our meetup confirmation before heading out. If you need a different arrangement, contact us before ordering.
Do you ship or deliver?
We offer local meetup pickup only. Shipping, home delivery and pickup from our home are not available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at least 24 hours before your confirmed pickup to cancel for a full refund or request a change. Within 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund if preparation has not started; once preparation has started, changes or change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible. If we cannot fulfill your order, you can choose another arrangement or a full refund.
What if I’m late or miss pickup?
Contact us promptly. We’ll work with you to arrange another pickup, subject to availability and product freshness. Orders are never left unattended at the meeting point.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Email RosyOtter38@gmail.com with your order number and details. A photo can help. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of pickup, so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges for a change of mind after pickup. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law; the suggested reporting period is not a deadline for those rights. See our refund policy for details.
What should I know about ingredients and cookie counts?
Review the ingredients and allergen information on each product before ordering. Our home kitchen handles peanuts, milk, eggs, flour, oats, chocolate and candy ingredients. Cross-contact can occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Contact us before ordering with allergy questions. Cookie counts are approximate because our cookies vary in size.
